Cancellation Policy

When you buy tickets, you are responsible for checking that your tickets were purchased for the day - and time - that you wish and cannot, in principle, be cancelled.

Should there be any changes (illness, emergency situation) that make you unable to use your tickets anyway or that you want them moved to another time, we would be happy to try to help as much as possible for us. However, we can only change or refund your booking before the event starts. Once the event has been initiated, we will not be able to move, modify or refund.
