Are you ready for an atmospheric and exciting evening at Denmark's most beautiful Renaissance castle?

Now you can experience Voergaard i Mørke, where you can hear the story of the historical and fabled Ingeborg Skeel as we walk around by candlelight. The tours are aimed at adults and older children. We do not recommend the tour for children under 12 years of age.

If you have already been on one of our day tours, you can safely join us on this tour, where we tell some other stories - with a special focus on Ingeborg Skeel, who reigned at Voergaard from 1578 until her death in October 1604.

The tours take place only from 12 to 16 October. Each evening there are two tours at 7:30 and 20.00.

DURATION: 1 hour.

Practical information

When you arrive at Voergaard, please check into the store at least 15 minutes before the experience starts. The store is located in the large red barn building next to the parking area.

The tour starts and ends at the store.

Be prepared for the fact that it is very dark at Voergaard in the evening, so please bring light from a phone or flashlight for the walk to the castle.

The pavement is uneven and travelling from the car to the castle can be challenging and therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties or wheelchair users.
